RETURNS AND REFUNDS  POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tela’s. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us at support@telasboutique.com or 559-289-3637 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

  3. Include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.

  4. Ship the package to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and obtain proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (including smoke, deodorant, and perfume) and makeup.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at support@telasboutique.com or 559-289-3637. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

LATE RETURNS

Returns postmarked after 30 days of the delivery date will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
